Welcome to Turkey Esim. By purchasing or using a travel eSIM from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Turkey Esim sells data-only travel eSIM plans delivered electronically as a QR code. Plans provide mobile data in the destinations listed for each product. They do not include a phone number, calls or SMS unless stated.

2. Eligibility & devices

You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked before purchase. We cannot guarantee compatibility with locked or unsupported devices.

3. Activation & validity

Unless otherwise stated, a plan's validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at the destination. Data allowances and validity are shown on each product page.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout. Once an eSIM has been delivered and installed or activated, the plan is generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts the network. Plans are for personal use and must not be resold without authorization.

6. Liability

Mobile coverage and speeds depend on local networks and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Turkey Esim is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from network unavailability.
